Ms. Aileen Hamill comes to KGK Synergize Inc., with more than ten years of management experience. Successfully managing a group of forty staff members at the YMCA, Aileen brings a wide range of expertise to the KGK team with her office administration background and organizational skills.
Ms. Hamill has proven to be a strong leader and has developed an amazing rapport with families in the London area as well as those who have special needs. She has been instrumental in the development of many staff members and children of all ages. Her previous work in creating opportunities and meeting the needs of various populations makes her an excellent addition to our recruitment team!
Aileen’s position at KGK is to oversee the office and administrative duties as well as manage the recruitment process with an emphasis on timelines and budgets for our studies. Her strong relationships in the community are very beneficial in our never ending pursuit in finding new participants for our clinical trials. Uniting with KGK in September 2010, Aileen has already opened new doors for recruitment strategies using her contacts in the community established in her previous years with the YMCA.
